1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email (Ipackglobal1@gmail.com) or phone.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We endeavor to provide fast and secure delivery across India.
* Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination/location context.
* Remote areas or specific zones within India may occasionally experience minor delivery delays depending on our courier partners.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to monitor your package directly.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
ipackglobl.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. DAMAGES & LOSSES
ipackglobl.com is liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately or save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take a clear unboxing video or photo and send it to our official support channel to help us process an immediate replacement.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer during the checkout process. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
